The mad rush of daily activities can drive you insane. It's so hard trying to please everyone and do what everybody wants you to do. You need to find some time to have to yourself, this can be difficult I know, but its essential if you want to be healthy.

1. Try Meditation

2. Listen to your favorite music

3. Aromatherapy - light a soothing candle

4. Have a nice warm relaxing bath

5. Get some gentle exercise - try going for a 15 - 20 minute walk

Is life getting to you? Can't seem to find 2 minutes in the day for yourself? Well its about time you did. How do you expect to look after a family etc if you don't take time out and care for yourself?

It's important to "chill out" regularly, if stress is left untreated, it can lead to anxiety and depression and that is getting serious.

Take some time to smell the roses and get back to nature. I love to go camping and fishing is my most favourite past time, although I can't always do this, I do make sure that when the opportunity arises, I don't let other less important things, like housework, get in the way. After all, it will still be there when you get home.

Even if its only 15 minutes that you can spare, make it a habit that when you get home from work or after dinner, or even before you start your day, to give yourself the attention you deserve. You will feel so much better knowing that you were kind on yourself. It's not selfish, its necessary. You are not a machine that can keep going and going. Eventually you will wear out.

Regain your passion for life, you will sleep much better, and have more more energy to get your daily chores done.

I combined the ideas listed above with an all natural stress conquering program, that cured my stress without drugs or potions. I am now the calm in the storm and you WILL be too.

Further information can be found at: www.conqueringstress.info

To your health

Therese
(aka Trixie65)
